Kingsley Guest House has been a popular Bed and Breakfast in the south side of Edinburgh for over 30 years.
Now owned by Alan and Allison, we hope to provide you with a home away from home. Whether you are here to visit our beautiful and historic city, attend the nearby University or for work, you will find we are flexible and accommodating to your needs. We have a family room that can sleep five, a triple room, a double room and a king sized double room on the ground floor. We have a twin room with separate shower room and a new single room that is proving popular with lone travellers.
