Overview
Kingsley Guest House was built in 1898 and blends traditional Edinburgh stone and architecture with comfortable, contemporary furnishings.
We also have the rare commodity of off-road parking in our private car-park.
Breakfast
A delicious, wholesome, full Scottish Breakfast is served in our bright, spacious, dining room. Vegetarian and other special diets are catered for.
Our Rooms
There are just five bedrooms, all decorated individually to maintain the original charm of this wonderful property, whilst providing modern amenities.
Each of our rooms is decorated and furnished to a high standard, and all take full advantage of the beautiful surroundings and views.
We also have wireless internet connection available throughout the guest house.
